Food to understand territory. A proposal for M+ in Hong Kong.
Feeding the Delta is a research focused on the role of food in the current transformation of the territory of the Pearl River Delta in Southern China in light of the major role that the management of resources such as food, plays within the infrastructural and logistics organization of cities and in their relationship with wider territories and complex trans-national networks.
